How many calories does my body burn?
Based on the information in your PhysicsDiet.com Profile your Resting Metabolic Rate
(RMR) is Unknown calories per day. Your
Adjusted Metabolic Rate (AMR) is Unknown calories per day.
How are these number calculated?
Over the years several different equations have been developed to estimate the number of calories the human body burns. The most accurate equation is the Mifflin equation. For 78% of the people tested, the Mifflin equation estimated the number of calories a person burns within 10% of the measured number of calories they burned at rest. The Mifflin equation is the equation that PhysicsDiet.com uses to calculate your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) and your Adjusted Metabolic Rate (AMR). But since even the Mifflin equation can be very inaccurate, the RMR and AMR figures you see on the PhysicsDiet.com should be used only as a guide.
